Our Epilog Helix 40 watt CO2 Laser can cut various types of plastics up to 3/8 of an inch thick with a table travel of 18 X 24 inches. Laser cutting plastic is a very cost effective way of prototyping.  The laser will mark anodized aluminum and black oxide surfaces best but can laser many different surfaces as well.
